Only switched on in 2nd set tiebreak, but Dan had 3MPs in that.
Then went break ahead only to throw that away with 2 dfs in a row. But he kept on fighting and ultimately got it done. Important to get something tangible from this US trip so a crucial win against a serious opponent. Hope he can go further now.

I would have loved to have watched but didn't realise it was being streamed. Unfortunately, there seems to be some problem with catchup mode, though Liam's match works fine.
Dan plays again today - third match after 11.00 local. He plays on Ct 2, this should be streamed and the tournament website has another option for us if Livestream.com is problematic: https://vanopen.com/live-streaming/

I am not suprised Dan has a bit of following in Vancouver, the last time he played there in 2015 he had a fantastic match with Daniel, I think he was a set and 3-0 down in the second and came back to win 6-3 and then take the third on a tie break, I am sure if you were there it would make even more of an impression than it did on me watching the live scoring in the U.K.
Based on this form, I am afraid I don't see Liam getting through the USO qualies. I would love to be wrong. I would be disappointed if Jay doesn't make the main draw.
