Nice up to around WR 340, with his first round points at Queens, that should nicely get him past having to play futures.
Yes I think it could prove important as Dans comeback continues for him to be able to skip the futures circuit. Hes been there and done it before and is clearly playing miles beyond that level. As discussed on the Queens thread, I get the feeling money is also a big motivator for Evo, so picking up nearly £10k for a weeks work should help keep him focussed.
thanks, my first attempt at a commentary, it is definitely not easy on an ipad with a keypad rather than a keyboard, and not being able to see the action while typing is really awkward. I'm probably ranked outside the top 1000 for commentating. However even so it is my CH, and with a couple of WCs I could be commenting on futures events by the time Dan makes top 20 :)
For those who have never seen De Minaur play, you are in for a treat. I think this could be a very entertaining match with both players capable of plenty of variety. It's going to be fun and will be a real test for Evo but hopefully he can come out on top.
how long are the BBC going to keep putting "returning from a one year ban for taking cocaine" in big bold letters in every match report about Dan ? Even Google accepts that there is a right to be forgotten - eventually. Do they enjoy rubbing it in ?
