Any suggestions  how to do this ?

 There seem to be two ways Julia both accessible via Advanced Edit. If its a file on your computer, at the bottom of your screen there's a label saying 'Attached Files' and just above a button saying Attach images, which you can click on and then upload a file. Or alternatively there is a You tube logo amongst the edit functions that allows you to paste a url there.
