Fran Jones Jamie Murray/ Neal Skupski Jodie Burrage Joe Salisbury
Stuart Parker
Someone insisting I add Stuart in here, blimey.
Noticed that junior play is back again. If anyone spots junior performers noteworthy of being nominated here, please do include them. I d9nt have a feel for the junior game so would welcome the inputs!
Looking at this weeks play, the only Brits left alive in play as I type are Fran and Maia Lumsden, and Naomi in Istanbul doubles - Fran is already nominated, could Maia force herself onto the list with a good week or down in Portugal, or Naomi in Turkey?

Fran Jones
Jamie Murray/Neal Skupski
Jodie Burrage
Joe Salisbury

To that list I propose to add Cam Norrie - Cam beat the 9th seed and reached the 3rd round of a Slam, his best performance and the best singles performance by a Brit in the event. I think this in retrospect becomes noteworthy and I therefore am going to bite the bullet and nominate Cam
So we now have
Fran Jones
Jamie Murray/Neal Skupski
Jodie Burrage
Joe Salisbury
Stuart Parker
Cam Norrie
I don't follow wheelchair tennis, but I'd still like to nominate Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid as US Open champions.
Yes, though maybe worth keeing a watch on the singles final. Alfie is in that ( he beat Gordon in R1/QF ). So you might have a decision to make as to precisely who your ultimate wheelchair nomination is for.
Worth noting Alfie Hewett beat Gordon Reid in 2 sets in singles last 8, in case that affects CDs thinking. Also, Jordane Whiley is in womens doubles final, and Andy Lapthorne won quad doubles final, albeit in a field of 2 pairs only, so straight final.
Leave it to CD to unravel his nomination strategy!
