Much of the time people on this forum are supposedly too soft ( and more critical comments are allegedly frowned on ) then at other times apparently too hard
Or maybe generally folk just say what they think, which I find quite useful and less confusing to my poor mind.
Great win for Liam, a lot of people on this forum are too hard on him,
worth remembering he is only 24 and has already had a better career than Baker, Goodall, Bloomfield and Cox.
Like Liam Richard made the 2nd round at Wimbledon, they have similar career highs (so far) and Richard of course made an ATP semi. I wouldn't say one career was an awful lot better than the other???
Thought he'd lost that there. Was 2-2 in the second set when I left work and when I went to check the score, it was blank so assumed he must have lost. Realised it was 5-3 to Cam and then looked comfortable after that.
Banana skin avoided and it's great that he us starting to make main ATP draws now. Hopefully can push on now and get that ranking inside the top 100.
Congrats to Cam. Up to 102 in the live rankings but a lot of other similarly ranked players are still playing in tournaments. Handy bit of cash too for making the 1st round proper. Hope that Liam and follow suit and join him.
