I must admit, I haven't seen any of them play - and haven't heard of most in the draw. But that may change over the next few weeks with Frinton and Felixstowe coming up.

Some decent college players there, Dan Little and Patrick Foley play in the PAC 12 for Utah and Washington respectively, a very strong conference but weaker programmes within it. Dan playing at No 1 for Utah will have played a tough schedule the likes of Tom Fawcett , Axel Geller (last years Wimbledon boys champion), Martin Redlicki, Brandon Holte, Kevin Smith all will have ATP aspirations.
Ricky Hernandez Tong has developed over his time in college to be no 1 at New Mexico who are the dominant team in a weaker conference ie the mountain west. By winning it they get a shot at the NCAA team tournament and have some tougher out of conference games on their schedule.
Marcus Walters is not playing Div 1 tennis but presumably working his way in through the community college got house at Tyler. He is one of the top community college players nationally and therefore got into the fall National Championship. I would anticipate Marcus signing at a power conference programme where he is likely to play high up the order. Jasmin Ashgar followed the same route last year Tyler college to Oaklahoma this playing no 2 and doing pretty well.
