Whatever issues Kira has, she should try and sort them out. She must have run up a record number of retireds already this year. However, since she also retired last week good to see Summer seems fitter this week, even if just 1 match so far.

It will be interesting to see if Summer does ITF this year. Good luck anyway smile

So much for Summer being fitter this week. I hope she and Kira can both recover fully soon, but should probably treat their injuries a bit better until then. Little point in being forced to retire for two or more weeks in quick succession.

Malazonia sounds like she comes from a bad place.

I think the name could be Georgian, which is a great place to visit actually. biggrin Tamara is just 16 and has an older sister, Katie, who is 19 I think.

I know Kira's had injury problems.

But just seen her US college application video on Sarah Borwell's site and it's one of the best/most promising ones I've seen in a while.

(She's also 5 ft 11, with a perfect physique for tennis).

Do hope she's over the injuries soon - and good luck - there's some good tennis stuff going on there !
