I was predicting better things for Luke Johnson and Cam would be catching Kyle (and wil after Aus Open). Andy Ive got wrong and probably Jay and Alex Ward as well.
For me, absolutely thrilled that there has been a late rush up the tables.
But a lot of those points are from Alex Ward and he has zillions coming off in the next few months, so if he's not playing at all now he's retired, I'm still basically skuppered.....
My other big counter is Liam but I'm hoping he has a run and proves my rather negative prediction wrong by the end of the year.
The only potential ace up my sleeve is Evo who is now moving nicely into positive territory and could go even better.

But whatever, I'll take it.....
I reckon Alex could still be GB #8 by close of play, so you could still have a maximum 5 GB points with him ( anyway I am sure he will still be top 10, apologies to pursuers ) though yes his WR will take a hit.
Nice of you Indy but there's a max of 10 points, isn't there, with 5 for the place and 5 for the ranking? And the ranking points are going south BIG time.
So it's no good - you can't cheer me up about it !
Andy Murray 8 Kyle Edmund 40 Cam Norrie 80 Dan Evans 150 Liam Broady 180 Alex Ward 200 Jay Clarke 220 Brydan Klein 240 Ed Corrie 250 Lloyd Glasspool 330
Ward, yeah I meant James Ward !! Ive had a shocker leaving him out and having Corrie and Alex in there.
Just looking at the points the players beyond the top 6 have guaranteed themselves for 19/11, ie points earned so far less points due to come off in that final competition month, we have for the GB rankings guaranteed minimum points :
So Liam looking safe for top 7, maybe he can yet chase down #6 Andy's 200 points. Then a close competition for the latter places in the top 10 with some unexpected names in there. And yes, CD, Alex won't be adding any points so it's how high a place can he maintain, particularly from Lloyd and Evan. The current last few shown could add vital points if inside 5 places of a top 10 prediction.
Here are some stats from the entries showing no.of picks for each player, average WR prediction, highest and lowest picks and change from today's ranking for average.
Note the average is that of those who picked that player, so would be lower ranking for every player with less than 37 picks if everyone had predicted for every player. Toby is the one who predicts Andy will not be in GB top 10 (retired).
Marcus Willis at GB14 is the highest ranked player not to be picked by anyone.
So except Evo who is a special case every player is predicted to improve.....
