Very good victory by Vicki Allen against a French elite youngster, aged 16, ranked WTA 919:

Victoria ALLEN (GBR) [8] (born 2001) def. Mylene HALEMAI (FRA) [3] (born 2001)   4-6 7-6(4) 6-2

It was close in the doubles final but not to be...

Doubles FINAL:

Mylene HALEMAI (FRA) / Manon LEONARD (FRA) [1] def. Victoria ALLEN (GBR) / Destinee MARTINS (GBR) [2] 6-1 6-7(5) [10-5]

But Victoria carries on an excellent week in singles and is into the final of the G3, which equals her best result ever:

SF: Victoria ALLEN (GBR) [8] def. Jade BORNAY (FRA) 6-2 6-2

Victoria wasn't able to claim her first ITF singles title, but she was able to push the top seed as much as her semi-final opponent, and more than anyone else this week. Given the strength of this tournament compared to her one other G3 final in Zimbabwe it represents her strongest performance so far in an ITF singles event

F

(1) Manon Leonard (FRA) d. (8) Victoria Allen 6-4 7-6(5)
