Albot wins the decider 6-4

Not to be for Marcus either. Terrific performance really to take a player ranked 106 to 6-4 in the 3rd, but I know Marcus will believe he should have won. Perhaps he can console himself by winning the Tie Break Tens tomorrow.

On the face of it that seems a very impressive performance from Marcus. In truth I wasn't expecting to see that sort of very close scoreline.

Disappointed as he will no doubt be, I hope that it has been a match that he derives real encouragement about coming out and running such a well ranked player so close.
