After missing two set points at *5-1, holds to love to take it 6-3

Just got to work, called up the live score in time to see match point ! Finished in style 3 & 0. Another great perfomance (despite the wobble)

Obviously not pleased with herself in the first set, Hev decided to make the second set better

Second Rubber under way - have an ominous feeling about this one - Jo 1-1*

Sorry to sound complacent but Jo's form is here to stay. Ostapenko has a battle on her hands to get into this match let alone win it.

... but breaks back to take the match 2 & 3
Wobble at the start of the set too, but the result was never in doubt.

So if Robson/Rae win the doubles rubber does that mean were through to the next round

Good win. Jelena is a talent, happy she had such a workout yesterday.
Glad to be wrong

MLDB already making Cagla work hard in TUR v. POR, which is more good news

Well done team GB
Doubles win for 6-0 would be nice.

If Turkey beat Portugal AND GB, then both teams would have two wins and one loss, and it would go to the head-to-head, and Turkey would go through.
So GB not through just yet

Not quite, we would lose to Turkey if they beat Portugal and us, and Portugal beat Latvia. And we would be in a 3 way tie for 1st if Turkey win both games and Latvia beat Portugal (which would be decided by sets won, so we currently have the advantage of having won every set so far).
