Hi - according to Mens Tennis Forums, Dan Evans is down to play Shenzhen this week (and Andy is down for the 500 level event in Beijing the next Week). No sign of Kyle or Aljaz in the lists for the Asian swing as far as I can see.
And Jo Konta is down for Wuhan ( which my spell check insists should be Wigan!) this week and then China Open the week after. Apart from Naomi at Quebec, I can't see her or Heather in the lists

Aljaz may be staying in Europe to play clay court challengers during this period. He is entered for the Challenger in Bosnia the week after the US open and might be planning to hit a few such events on his preferred surface after dropping ranking points earlier this year. A sensible strategy if he can pick up enough points to ensure direct entry to the slams again next year not to mention the psychological benefits of stringing some wins together after what has been a pretty rough summer.
In challengers this week we have Bedene in Rome as well as Klein, Glasspool and Norrie all on the alternate list for Tiburon (11th, 14th and 16th).
Does anybody know what is going on with Liam as this looks like being the 5th week in a row where he won't have played and this is very unusual for him.
Just scanned the Futures and Challenger lists and I don't see Liam anywhere so he does indeed appear to be taking a break and working on his game. Not a bad idea as he has clocked up a lot of miles this year. The players I do see entered so far are Aljaz currently slotted as the number 2 seed in Rome and Bryden, Lloyd and Cam all on the alts list for Tiburon.
