Bit of a washout in Zimbabwe, although they were mainly qualifiers so one can't expect too much, and Pierce and Sasha both put up a great show:

R2 BOYS (L32)

Amaury DE BEER (MRI) [14] 3-6 - 6-0 - 7-5  (Q) Pierce WIDDECOMBE (GBR)

R1 GIRLS (L32)

Savannah WILLIAMS (USA) 6-7(6) - 7-5 - 7-5  (Q) Sasha HILL (GBR)

Aaliya EBRAHIM (IND) 6-0 6-2 Hannah DAVIES (GBR)

Kristin YOUNES (ISR) 6-3 5-2 Retired  (Q)  Kate CUNNINGHAM (GBR)

Both Hannah and Sasha, and Pierce+, are through to the Quarters in the doubles though

QF girls:

Maxine BATEMAN (RSA) / Helena JANSEN FIGUERAS (ESP) [3] 6-7(3) 6-2 [10-8] Hannah DAVIES (GBR) / Sasha HILL (GBR)
