A strange tournament - Jodie being the only seed to even make the quarters. Her young opponent is on a hot streak though, having won her last 16 matches.
SF
(6) Jodie Anna Burrage v (Q) Maja Chwalinska (POL)
Jodie won 7-5 6-1. And according to what I saw from twitter, possibly the final too.
Excellent result for Jodie taking her into her first G2 final. There was a tweet yesterday which prematurely put her into the final. After taking out a 14 year old on a long unbeaten run an even more precocious 13 year old awaits.

Final
(6) Jodie Anna Burrage v (WC) Marta Kostyuk (UKR)
Trying to find out what a 13yo wild card might have made the Final, after a false start when ITF only offered up Mariya Kostyuk (presumably Marta's sister and now a US college player) until I looked only on their junior site, I eventually came across this http://www.ladepeche.fr/article/2016/01/31/2267435-kostyuk-une-histoire-a-ecrire.html (she went on to win the Tarbes/Petits As final)

Kostyuk not only won the Petits As but also the Junior Orange Bowl and the Eddie Herr, I think.
As said before, I would put Jodie up there with Katie - she's a different physique and style of play so is not quite on the same path but there's just as much potential.
