I would imagine at least 1 500 will be added after the US open but clearly the baby plans in Feb are stopping him from playing the same events as last year and the Olympics will put paid to the Citi Open. On that note, is there any exemption from the required number of non masters events in an Olympic year if you are selected for your country?
Monte Carlo ( although a 1000 ) and Queens count as two of his four 500s. As theemptyvessel says he's quite likely to fit in the required post US Open one ( various possibilties pre and post the Shanghai Masters ) which just leaves him one short or he gets that compulsory zero again. I take it that the Olympics doesn't count to the quota. Not clear why the Paris Masters is missing.
At any rate, assuming he scores, the Olympics and the Davis Cup are two further counters ( effectively the additional two in a "best 18"' over and above the minimum four 500s ). So he's as of now overall just short by these two 500s and the Paris Masters of having a full 18 with no compulsory zeros.
Anyway plenty time to add more to his calendar in this more uncertain baby / Olympics year so absolutely understandable that Andy hasn't more written into his schedule at this stage, but may very well play some more.

Who cannot wish to see Olympic mixed doubles tennis, these partnerships that have given so much over the years to developing a great partnership to pursue the Olympian ideals of hard and fair ( don't serve too hard to the girlie ) ?
