C'mon, Novak, you can still knock Andy back to #2 after the O2

I'm willing to sacrifice the Andy bit of mine - they're all pretty pear-shaped anyway

It turns out that I'm not very good at this!

Well - I got something right.

Well with just 2 weeks to go and all those who predicted Andy as No. 1 keen to see their scores here is the last update.

The bad news for all those who predicted Andy as No. 2 (which includes me) is that you get zero points for the World prediction as the difference is 100% of the ranking. May have to tweak the scoring system next year for those Brits who start in the World top 10.

Josh is in a healthy lead with indiana in second place just ahead of a three wau tie for 3rd. Neither of the top 2 predicted Andy as WR1 which just goes to show that it takes more than one correct prediction to win.

All to play for....

Kudos for those who predicted Andy as #1 ( and I too was not one ), well more especially if he stays there ( seen the 02 draw ?! )

In some ways they deserve a big hit over the rest of us.

And comiserations to anyone finishing below Vandenburg. I am distraught, how did I miss the resurgence of Josh Goodall

I picked Andy as number 1 based on a gut feeling that Novak would take a dip if he won the French which I thought he would, coupled with the fact Nadal and Federers top days are over and none of those behind are capable of being number 1. Andy could potentially be number 1 for a few years as there isn't anyone good enough coming through.

I picked Andy as Nš1 because I didnt want to go into the last match cheering for Djokovic, just to get my prediction right wink

Well after yesterday's excitement here comes the result that you have all been waiting for...... and it is even closer than the battle for No. 1 ranking, we have a tie for the honour to be top predictor for the men in 2016.

Bob in Spain and Josh both have 48 points, with Jaggy in third place ahead of a chasing pack.

So I was going to use a tie-breaker to decide the winner I have looked who had the most (or any) world ranking predictions spot on, and so the winner 1-0 in tie break and all down to yesterday's result is Bob in Spain thanks to his faith in putting Andy as World No. 1. Bob has kindly agreed to share his winner's spot with Josh so we do have two joint winners so congrtulations to both.

Well done to all

Thanks Muzza. I owe you one wink

Unaccustomed as I am to public speaking ..............

Actually.  Congrats to Josh too.  I am very happy to accept a tie in this case and share the limelight with you.

And most importantly of all, thanks to Sim for running (I nearly typed ruining LOL) the competition.  Your efforts are appreciated. It all helps to bring the lighthearted banter that we all love so much, to the board.
