Don;t know about a 'mixed' day - seems pretty good to me

Only Donia's result was a tad disappointing (can't really expect the wildcard player, Karim, to beat the 4th seed) and even that was a tight score.

But certainly a good day today !

Wins for Finn, Jack, Camille and Aidan in the singles - full house.

And lots in the doubles too - in fact, the only ones who lost in the doubles were those playing other Brits.

Great show from our boys today, with wins for Joshua, Aidan, Jack, and Ewen, beating the 3rd, 5th and 6th seeds - but a rather unexpected loss for our number one seed. Hey ho, such is tennis ...

The girls both lost.

That's a huge result for 2000-born Aidan - only previously made a semi at a G5 and two R16s at G4s.

Well done (and a big jump up the rankings coming....)
