Chappell and Webb both top 5 ranked plays in U.S. when recruited and formed part of successful doubles teams at their respective (ie different Universities). For me it's Ashley Fisher who is the wildcard doesnt look like he's played on the pro tour for three yrs but obviously no slouch before that in terms of doubles.
Woah! Bit of a turnaround sadly. Broady, having won the first set 6-1 only loosing 10 points, is now a break down with his opponent already having quadrupled how many points he's won in the match so far this set.
Looks like quite an even second set from the stats, Broady just not doing as well on the break points with 0 from 3 versus 1 from 2. He's 5-3 down and serving.
Good to see Liam keeping the moment going nicely! He had to fight to keep the run of consecutive sets going but that's got to be a good few now since early last week.
I've not had much chance to sit an follow scores recently but in that one I looked at the stats and saw that Liam managed 10 points in a row a couple of times which I guess suggests that he is finding the kind of low error count that a player who lacks much of a killer shot like him needs to find.
