This year there is an extra G5 event in Ireland, with a large British entry, particularly in the boys (15 including top seed James Davis, 3rd seed Adam Jones and 4th seed Luke Simkiss). Megan Davies is second seed again in the girls event, with the British contingent strengthened by 3rd seed Eliz Maloney and 6th seed Holly Horsfall.

Interesting note about Jennifer Timotin, who is based at Sutton and is not the norm in terms of size or shape in terms of a tennis player (nothing wrong with that by the way and she plays to her strengths)
No, nothing wrong with that but I read in the Sutton newsletter (or some such publication) that Jennifer was concentrating hard of conditioning and fitness, and she's not wrong.

Sensing euphemism with regards to "shape" I went for a Google.
Yes, nothing wrong in general in one makes one's choices and as long as not letting down say support of others, but in terms of making it as a top tennis player I'd say something wrong. So it is good to read that Jennifer is concentrating hard on conditioning and fitness
Congratulations to her on her success this week.

Never heard of jennifer timotin but in the light of body image discussions, she could find it pretty annoying if she reads this forum. What is the norm? Sarah Errani?
