i saw in the sun today andy has been given a free fender stratocaster from his appearnce at  LV. However he doesnt play it but james does.


Andy is trying to decide if he will give it to him or sell it to him.

i wonder what the tax implications are on that??


coming back though customs, will he have to go through the red channel.


if he sells it is that income?
