Potapova seems to be some prodigy. 14 and a few months; the youngest in the junior top 250; by far the youngest in the top 100.

I haven't seen much of Katie in action before and she certainly has a very handy serve plus some good attacking groundstrokes. Kenin is a very good defender and this has led to Katie losing a few point she should have won. She needs to get a few more returns in play too.

Could go either way on the resumption

I saw 5 or 6 games, but my red button feed kept breaking up.

Pretty classic eastern european look tennis, I'd have said, based on that little bit - hard hit, strong ground shots, (couple of lovely clean winners from the back of the court), serve still a bit all over the place, a couple of very sweet wristy, short angled shots, a horror volley, pretty good movement ....
