RE: Girls: Wimbledon 2015, grass - Grade A (Week 27)

Anna seems pretty consistent at hitting the ball hard to the baseline and with the occasional backhand slice.

Surprised that Katie wasn't on a televised court, but very happy to see a comfortable win, and hoping the abdominal problem is under control.

Can 100% see why Anna is ideally suited by clay, but also excelling on grass, good stuff so far.

Enjoying catching bits of Anna's match. Very consistent from the back, attacking forehand off short balls, some bits of variety with slices and dropshots.

Also note that Katie's closest rivals in terms of ranking have both gone - the Russian no.4 ranked and the Canadain no.6 ranked, along with the no.1 ranked and no.3 ranked players. It's a shame Katie isn't playing doubles.

Maia not going so well, 5-0 down and also streamed.

Xu is in trouble, so Katie could shortly be the highest remaining seed.
