Chances are the rest of his matches up until the SF (if he gets there) will be on Lenglen as from R2 onwards he will be playing on the same days as Nadal and Djokovic (Thur, Sat, Mon, Wed).
Sousa took the second 6-4 after Murray broke back but couldn't hold.
The third is looking tight - I'm worried about Murray's comments about last year, saying that he couldn't finish games quickly enough in the opening stages of the slam and by the time he faced up to Nadal he was exhausted. On the sort of form he's in I think he go far again but he needs to avoid dropping sets - especially as Nadal, Federer and Nishikori et al are sailing through right now.
...as I write, Murray just broke for *4-3 in the third.
