Andy has the psychological edge and will raise his game to win in straight sets!!!
Incidently, if Andy does somehow get through tomorrow he will rise to 37 in the world (assuming Tursanov doesn't reach the final), runner up this week will get him to 32 (assuming Tursanov doesn't beat him in the final) and a repeat performance against Roddick would get him to 30 in the world rankings(assuming Oli Rochus doesn't reach the final in Rotterdam and Haas doesn't reach the semis in Memphis).

It means if Murray wins the title, he will found himself seeded in the Indian Wells Masters Series
It's a tough one to predict as I can see it going either way. Soderling will obviously be up for revenge and must be on form given his result against Mirnyi.
However Andy tends to play far better in this kind of match and I am not too concerned that he has only scrapped through the first two matches (It's hardly the first time that he has struggled against so called lesser opposition). As for fatigue, hopefully it won't be a big factor. Last summer he played for 9 straight weeks (admittedly some were short weeks) and while he often looked tired during some matches he always seemed to have something for the big matches. I think that we tend to overplay the 'Andy is too tired' card. It's something that all successful players have to face and I think that Andy is easily tough enough to handle it.
So a tough one to call but I will go for Andy in 3
entry is worked out a few weeks before the tournaments start to enable players to scedule correctly etc, but seedings are worked out on the rankings of the week before to be a much more currrent indicator of form.
Murray knows how to play this guy :) I think he has the edge and will take it in 2. I think he's going to realize that if he wants to go further in this tourney, he's gunna have to up his game a bit :D
Soderling dead beat Mirny easy enough - but he wasn't too convincing against Carlsen.
interesting demographics. for the murray/hewitt match, the overwhelming majority was in favour of a 3 set murray win. Now, for a much lower ranked player, and at an earlier stage, the votes are much closer, with a short majority opting for a soderling victory.

I think quite a few people think he will be too tired to beat him.
On the other hand I have heard Andy on the radio today and seen it reported elsewhere that he is feeling fresher than ever and that last week proved his strength has improved. Also he said he felt not too tired at the end of last nights match and that he was definately more alive at the end of the match than Voest !

Good to have another company. It is boring just to text the score
