Actually his reign could be as short as 1 week. If he were to lose tonight then Rusedski could overhaul him by getting to the quarterfinals in Dubai. At present the gap between them will be just 11 points.

I was wondering about that, but didn't have time to check up. It may happen (though Greg would have to have a kind draw in Dubai), but if so I don't think it would be long before Andy was back on top again.
