Traditional warm-up for the Australian Open. Katie Swan has a good draw but Maia Lumsden faces a tough task against a player who beat Katy Dunne and Katie Boulter en route to a $10K title last summer

Only Katie survived round 1 and she faces a tough second match, albeit against a player she beat in 3 at the Canadian Open

Good luck to Katie. Decent looking scoreline in defeat for Maia who seems to be progressing well.

Gabbi Taylor withdrew from at least one tournament at the end of last year and has been missing so far this year. Injured ?

The girl who beat Katie, Sebov, went on to win the whole tournament (although not with a 'little' luck, getting a walkover against the number 2 seed, and with her opponent retiring in the semis)
