I literally have no words for this. Just the utmost admiration, to both men.

Oh ye of little ......... OK. I think you all get the picture.

Was 200 Ranking Points ever so hard earned or deserved. Got to feel for Robredo though. Next time they play, they should just start at MP Robredo and then play from there.

Oh why wasn't I there in person.

Wow, just wow. And how?!

As someone said earlier, this match sums up exactly why I love tennis.

So glad to see Andy has the fire back in his belly, he came through that on sheer will power alone and that's the element that was missing earlier in the year. Now, he just has to do it all again in Paris

Yep. This was the Andy that clawed his way to the top sport through guts and determination and who responded to every set back by redoubling his efforts. I had real doubts if that Andy still existed but after today I have renewed optimism for the future.

That point at 5-6 in the final set tie-break (the third match point) was unbelievable. Robredo hit a return that, 99 times out of a 100, is an outright winner. I'm still trying to work out how Murray not just got it back in play, but managed to win the point.

Defies belief.

Absolutely. At various points during that last set, I simply couldn't believe what I was watching. Sheer, unadulterated class.

I had to dash off again as soon as the last point was played, the tension of that match did not help my stomach upset at all!

You all have already said it all - so I'll just add, Magnificent Murray. Your best Houdini act yet.

I enjoyed my burnt dinner after that match - note to self never but dinner on during an Andy Murray match! Really hope he qualifies now for London (for mostly selfish reasons as I've all day tickets the Thursday), will take something very spectacular form those below him not to qualify!

I don't think he really wanted that.

Great entertainment and an object lesson in what it takes to win.

Andy is definitely the best thing to come out of Scotland since the crankies.
