Interestingly, CD, Katie was entered for the Barnstaple 25K, but withdrew on 12th August.

Pity to lose here in R1. From what one can glean re Stewart, yes respectable scoreline, but still no doubt a disappointment to her.

Unfortunately it's 9 sets lost out of 9 so far, as Kuzmova takes the first set 6-4 (Freya only able to win 7 points on serve)

Well done, Katie Swan !

Although it remains very good to have 6 girls into the main draw ( and the majority can come back again ) it would have been a bit dispiriting for them all to have gone out in R1.
