A good scoreline for Max, though the win doesn't count as an upset in my view. Under 16 seedings are weighted towards performance in under 16 events, whereas Max has a superior ITF record (similar for Georgie's win over a seed). Jodie's R3 opponent has won a couple of G2s this year though.

Boys R2

(1) Mate Valkusz (HUN) d. Marcus Walters (GBR) 6-3 6-4
Max Stewart (GBR) d. (8) Piotr Matuszewski (POL) 6-4 6-1

R3

Max Stewart (GBR) v Tomas Liska (SVK)

Girls R2

Jodie Anna Burrage (GBR) d. Julia Soica (FRA) 6-3 6-0
Georgina Axon (GBR) d. (15) Kristina Miletic (SRB) 6-4 7-6(1)

R3

(11) Daria Kruzhkova (RUS) v Jodie Anna Burrage (GBR)
Georgina Axon (GBR) v Paulina Bakaite (LTU)

A strong performance by Max, but next up is one of the second highest ranked '99 in the world - a 14 year old who has an astonishing 38-3 record in ITF events this year, taking him into the top 100

Boys R3

Max Stewart (GBR) d. Tomas Liska (SVK) 6-2 6-0

R4

Max Stewart (GBR) v (11) Miomir Kecmanovic (SRB)

Girls R3

(11) Daria Kruzhkova (RUS) d. Jodie Anna Burrage (GBR) 6-4 7-6(4)
Georgina Axon (GBR) d. Paulina Bakaite (LTU) 6-1 6-1

R4

Georgina Axon (GBR) v Petia Arshinkova (BUL)

Max unsurprisingly found the Serbian star too strong. Both doubles pairs lost in round 1, ending British interest

Boys R4

(11) Miomir Kecmanovic (SRB) d. Max Stewart (GBR) 6-0 6-2

Girls R4

Petia Arshinkova (BUL) d. Georgina Axon (GBR) 6-1 4-6 6-0
