That's not a great time for me - I have to go out just before 8.

Ah! A little re-arrangement of my day and I should be able to watch that.

I know that feeling. I was planning to set off home at tea time tomorrow, but I will have to stay much later now. It's going to be a very late arrival at home for me, so let's hope Andy makes it all worthwhile by winning.

Yes, not sure what sort of Andy will turn up here.

I hope Andy is in a better frame of mind than in the Davis cup
He will have to get better conversion on his second serve.

Djokovic out
Federer out
And now Wawrinka out by Thiem
If someone could knock out Nadal this could be Andy's title

Andy leading 5-0, but Almagro called the trainer who looked at his foot and did nothing. 10 minute rest for Almagro (also for Andy of course, but he had the momentum)

Andy takes the first set 6-1.

Almagro definitely has some sort of problem with his foot, but it doesn't seem to be hampering him all that much.

And in a true Murraycoaster, Andy is now down *1-4 in the second.

Looks like I'll have to stop watching Andy. As soon as I turn it on, he drops to 1-5* and a deciding set is imminent.

Loses it 1-6. Oh my. Andy started making more errors and Almagro remembered how to play (and forgot all about the foot problem)

Decider is close - Andy 4-3*, but Almagro is holding more easily.

LOL. Against the run of play, Andy snatches a break when Almagro is serving to stay in the set and wins 6-1 1-6 6-4.

Oh heck. I didn't even look past this first match - Giraldo will be difficult as well, he is playing superbly at the moment.
