He certainly doesn't look happy . . .

the crowd, I think, are even feeling rather sorry for him :)

Hmmm...6-1; 6-1; 4-6: I blame Rusedski's "putting on a clinic" tweet at the end of the second set! :(

Great to see Andy so pumped and pleased.

Yes, now just beat Isner ( well as long as we don't inconveniently win the tie before that match ) and he will be in the top 4 rankings again and seeded 4 for Indian Wells :)

James is looking as fit as I've seen him. I think he's really benefitted from Murray Bootcamp.

Think its  going to be very tough for wardie but if he can hold serve might get to tie breaks . Problem is just can't see wardie breaking Isner service game .

Ward can beat Isner but we need a consistently raucous crowd and a patient Dino. Over 5 sets is much tougher but I hope that Ward can come away proud with himself regardless of the result.

That net-cord was gutting. Isner was really down before it, and it would've been nice to get a set on his shoulders.

Bah.

I do think that that dead net chord for Isner at *4-2 to Ward made for much more of a monentum change for Isner than man in suit, hands in pockets, looking on, at the change of ends that preceded it. For such a doughty fighting tennis player, and a guy who still does seem to have a lot of spirit, Courier looks a bit of a joke as a Davis Cup captain.
