Have you any questions for Andy ?

David now has contact with Jamie Murray so you can get your questions on Andy and Jamie answered. Post them in this thread, and David will pass them onto Jamie and answers will be obtained.

Doesn't anyone have any questions on Andy ?

I'm quite surprised there've been no responses so far

Most definately.

Davis Cup in April.

To follow on from my interview with Petch at the Aberdeen cup Mark agreed that I could speak to him again at the Davis Cup.

Could you ask Andy if that is still okay and that could I get 3 mins with both of them on one of the days. I will be there for all 3 days.

That would be great !

maybe you could ask about Andy's necklace and the questions about it brought up in the 'Questions about Andrew' thread.

I have been trying to think up a question...no luck!!! Will let you know if I do think of one.

Did he actually enjoy Wimbledon? It must have been pretty overwhelming at the time, and then there was the pressure of being the alst Brit in the draw etc etc. Was there ever any time for him to sit back and reflect on what was going on?

I have a few answers already, wasn't able to ask many questions as didn't have much time last night.

Xenon123 asked what has been the highlight of his career so far ?

Answer: Without doubt reaching the final of ATP Bangkok, beating Ginepri who had just reached the US Open semis, Srichaphan on home turf and then playing Federer in the final was a great achievement - best week of his career.

Kate85 asked, why didn't Jamie go to the Sanchez-Casal Academy with his brother:

Answer: Jamie said that he did go to the Sanchez-Casal Academy to train but unlike his brother he got very homesick for Scotland and missed his family too much and it was affecting his tennis and he wouldn't have been able to stay there. So he returned home to Scotland.

I'll try and get answers to the other questions asked here. I'll have to make sure I don't contact Jamie this evening if they've won the final, though Jamie's views on the LTA after a few of those cheeky vodkas they have to to celebrate, would definately make interesting reading

Questions for andy:

I remember you saying last year that you didn't feel that you belonged with the top players and perhaps felt a bit over-awed. Do you feel like you belong when you are surrounded by the top players? When do you feel you made that progression of sort of stepping up? Btw, good luck to both Jamie and Andy this week.

Also, have you talked to people like Frederer or any of the top players? What do you talk about? Are they like you thought they would be? Have any of them given you advice and stuff? Who do you get along with on the tour (and if you can answer, who don't you get on with as well on the tour?)

Questions for Jamie -

What's your aim for the rest of the season? Do you plan on playing mainly in Britain or do you think you'll play some tournaments abroad?

As a promising doubles specialist, what do you think of the new doubles format?
