Won 7-5, 6-1, 3-6, 6-1

4th set was simply glorious.

Well. Mr Djokovic's draw is looking easier and easier. Sousa, Smyczek/Granollers, and now a QF with del Potro out. (Congratulations to Mr Hewitt, by the way. Nice work from former #1 and former champion). Hoping for good things from Mr Haas ....

It would be, when I had to miss it to get my husband to bed. Another one I'll have to get hold of a copy and watch later. But frankly that applies to practically every match of Andy's in the USO anyway, with no Sky or Eurosport I have to rely on the free livestreams and they don't have a catch-up facility like tennistv does.

So now it's Andy v Funky Flo!

Andy is 2nd on Ashe tomorrow, not before 18.00 BST.

Neil will be pleased ... not sure if Andy will be as happy though. Still, at least it's not in the morning.
