Good to see maia doing well as I think she is a real good prospect i was wondering how far up the rankings some of the more experienced members think she can go this year

She is a good prospect but accurate rankings predictions are unwise with most juniors. Maia has a fine competitive instinct which gets her through a lot of close matches like today, but incurs the odd heavy defeat  Her semifinal opponent here has won half a dozen matches in 10K events recently

The only joy today was a close win for Maia and partner in the doubles (and an equally tight loss in the singles). It's Maia's first ITF doubles title
