Laura was in control at 5-1 but played a poor game (with hardly any first serves and 2 doubles) and Safarova woke up. The second break back was more to do with Safarova's good play. At least Laura held tough in that last game to at least force a tie-break.

Standard of tennis in that tiebreak was awful. Weird because Safarova had been superb and Laura was playing ok.

Wasn't expecting Laura to win the tie-break with all the momentum against her but she did really well. When Safarova is on her game she is very good though so we need to hope she has another spell when her game isn't firing and that Laura takes advantage.
