Lana's tournament ended in round 1 with a surprising loss to Brigit Folland, but Anna continues to thump anyone in her path. Danielle Konotoptseva upset the Indian top seed

First round complete with a comfortable passage for Freya, but Jasmine was unable to build on last week's run to the semis

Has anyone seen Anna play? Looks like she should be playing at a higher level already!

I think if she wins this event she'll be ranked around 260 and should definately be looking at higher grade events.

I believe she's the currect Under 14 National Champ. That was the first i'd ever heard of her

Anna's run finally comes to an end - which means she will be ranked just inside the top 300. I haven't seen her play but she first came to my attention a couple of years ago, with a series of impressive results on the Tennis Europe Under 14 circuit, when she was being coached by Judy Murray. Before that, in the under 12s it was Freya and Lana vying for supremacy amongst the 1997s. Anna is indeed the current National U14 champion. Hopefully she can recharge her batteries for the under 16 European Championships followed by the attempt to qualify for the Junior Fed Cup (nominated with Harriet Dart and Katie Boulter)

Doubles Final

(3) Christie/Griffin d. (2) Brogan/Rush 3-6 6-3 [11-9]
