Highlight of the opening 2 rounds is a win for our top ranked under 14 Maia Lumsden over the Russian 4th seed. Freya Christie continues to struggle though, losing to wildcard Kim Schmider. The match of round 3 could be under 14 National champion Anna Brogan against 2nd seed Georgia Craven - neither player has been remotely troubled so far.
Anna couldn't replicate yesterday's success, but Lana upped her game to see off Eden and Beth ensured a British finalist. Maia completes the line-up with her first semi in only her second ITF tournament. We are assured of at least a part share of the doubles title

Not quite (within 2 points of the double), but she landed her first singles title - very good going for someone just turned 14 playing her second tournament
