Kyle & Josh reaching the QFs means that GB has had boys' quarter-finalists at each of the last 5 slams (8 in total - Oli, George & Kyle twice each, Liam and Josh once), including 5 at the last 2 slams.

GB had 5 Junior Grand Slam quarter-finalists in the 1980s, 9 in the 1990s, 9 in the 2000s, and has so far also had 9 in the 2010s.

So we need 1 more quarter-finalist before US Open 2019 to break the record!

We had 0 semi-finalists in the 1980s, 4 in the 1990s, 4 in the 2000s, and so far 6 in the 2010s ...with maybe another 1 or 2 to add tomorrow.

Great wins overnight.
Kyle seems to be a slow starter, but when he reaches top gear is a match for anyone in the field. Saville will be tough, but if Kyle can learn anything from their matchup last week, I can see him causing an upset.
Josh's wins have been a bonus for me, and who's to say he can't keep winning given a reasonable draw.
Also very happy to see Liam pick up a couple of wins in the doubles.

Although Josh's opponent beat Kyle's opponent in the final last week.
