I wonder if an official reason for retirement has to go down. Lack of heart won't look too good ! Let's give him severe stiffness of limbs..hmm.
Anyway, naughty Andy for losing two service games. Hopefully in a more intense game he won't lose such focus. because he's unlikely to breaking at will in any remaining match ( although great if he is ! )
Not any great test of it, but I do like how Andy seems to be generally standing up and stepping more into returns this tournament. It was one thing that first got him to be about the no 1 returner in the world, and I have the impression he's not done that so much the last two or three years. He's also stepping into the ball well in general play, which is good to see.
Anyway, nice bit of practice in the sun, and Ivan can get in a round of golf. All's pretty good really
Hey, and Nishikori is 4 - 1 * up in the second set, having lost the first set 6 - 2. Nice, long one in the sun please, time there was a really decent L16 match !

Am I the only one who thinks that Andy has a better chance of beating Djokovic in the semi rather than the final?
Evidently not I agree too,
I would say the same about meeting Nadal or Federer. I think though that he's probably best getting rid of Djokovic at the semi final stage and facing Nadal or Federer ( or Berdych or Del Potro ) in the final.
