All four of our boys with the possibility of direct entry are in, but 3 players who would be in qualifying (Jordan Angus, Evan Hoyt and Eleanor Dean) have opted out. Isaac Stoute crept into qualifying this year, and appears to be hoping again that the cut will fall dramatically. Mitchell Krueger is the only top 8 boy (2012 rankings) not entered
