I wouldn't have thought so since it is 'only' the U16 event she has reached the final of, not the actual U18 Orange Bowl.

Despite having several breakpoints early on in the set Katie suffered the decisive break in the 10th game

Katie created a breakpoint in game 7 with a smash "like Pancho Gonzales at the US Open" (that's going back a heck of a long while - he retired in 1974!) but cannot convert. Katie pays the penalty and is broken next game
