Now here's a novelty - the first ever ITF tournament in Albania AFAICS (thereby beating Mongolia et al). Another novelty is that Lewis Roskilly started the tournament never having won a singles match at ITF level, but finds himself in the semis with 3 Romanian qualifiers
R1
Lewis Roskilly (GBR) d. Jan Pehnec (CRO) 6-2 7-5
R2
Lewis Roskilly (GBR) d. (3) Joao Barra (POR) 6-4 6-4
QF
Lewis Roskilly (GBR) d. (6) Vasilios Stavropoulos (GRE) 0-6 6-3 6-2
SF
Lewis Roskilly (GBR) v (Q) Alexandru Buzelan (ROU)
Lewis saunters on, but spare a thought for the Albanians. This seemingly being the first ITF (Junior, Mens or Womens) event they have staged, and all 11 Albanians lost in the first round (singles and doubles). A poor reward for their efforts to start with the youngsters and try and eventually get off the bottom of the ITF Davis Cup rankings (equal last with Brunei)

Lewis Roskilly (GBR) d. (Q) Alexandru Buzelan (ROU) 6-3 6-1
