As the rain comes thundering down, Vixs makes the most of the conditions to come from the back of the pack to tke a magnificent win! just ahead of Lizzim who also climbs 15 places from her starting position, with Michael gaining 7 places on the wet track to take 3rd
Hfwardhouse holds onto 4th spot ahead of Jacobite, while Claire Bear, Sallydaisy, JAMES, rondun & Cazza take the remaing points scoring positions
Yes, well done to all those who scored points and everybody who managed to follow the action as we moved around.
I'd like to thank our hosts for giving us shelter during the storm, but as we've set up a new temporary home, I think its time for a few creature comforts so have started the US Open bubble gap competition over there.
If there are any BT.netters (and I realise that is most likely even worse than getting trekkies and trekers mixed up, so I apologise) who wonder what all this is about feel free to come over and join in for a bit of fun!
Your distant cousin from Australia visits the UK. You agree to put him and his family up for a couple of weeks. You feel very charitable, and they are ever so grateful.
But after a couple of days the strain begins to show. "They aren't really like us, are they?", you tell your husband ....

Aww, yes they talk in a bit of a weird tongue at times, but they're relatively harmless. Been a nice diversion And the poor souls needed somewhere to stay.
Although I may have been the first to say that I am sure you can stop here for a bit, and maybe wasn't anticipating ma, pa, grandpa, grandma, the wains. the wains' pals, the cousins, the 2nd cousins, the neighbours all pitching up too. But we've managed. Community spirit and all that. It's what makes me proud to be British. Top marks, all, At ease !
