That's a very good summary, I think. Both of them showing more mental strangth and clarity of thought under pressure than many of the seniors would!

 Both of them look like they have a big future in the game. This really is one of those matches where neither guy deserves to lose.

Brilliant performance and match, with Kern proving a big test as expected from all his stats. Hope that Liam can recover from the huge amount of mental effort required to be able to deal with the different challenge posed by Jason Kubler, who is much smaller than Kern but with more of an all-round game.
