From what I could see, watching intermittedly, but more towards the end, Andy started a bit slowly but played much better as the match went on. Certainly fought well.
I agree with that. I also don't think I have ever seen him so calm when things were going wrong. There was very little negative body language and he seemed in complete control of his emotions.

Maybe even happy! I've never seen him smile so much in a match!
Plus I thought Tsonga faded a bit in the third set. That's what often happens with these flashy players - difficult to keep up the brilliance all match.
