Katy Dunne and Pippa Horn embark on a series of French tournaments, but have their work cut out to progress here against seeded opposition. Katy in particular has drawn a short straw of a former top 5 junior, currently ranked just outside 500 WTA

Expected results but Pippa's scoreline against someone with modest results of late suggests she is some way from the form before her injury.
