I was watching on the first link on livescorehunter.com until it rained. . . they are showing a recording of Sam Stosur's earlier match, but say they will go straight back to Andy when they restart.

Actually I don't have a problem with that scheduling arrangement. It is the same for both players so no one gains a major advantage.
Besides if you can't handle playing back to back five set matches on consecutive days I don't think you deserve to win a Grand Slam.
Although it's not my major dislike, I would say the finalist who plays the second match the day before is at some disadvantage. Not as bad though as when I believe the schedule used to have one men's semi after the women's final, possibly a night match ? Now that was ridiculous.
It's more it would just probably produce a better match overall if they did both have a day between the semis and the final.
