As the players haven't gone off court, I assume they are expecting to resume fairly quickly.

I haven't been able to watch closely enough to have much of an opinion, but I was impressed when Andy didn't get too down on himself after losing the double break, just calmly went about breaking again.

I have a nasty feeling this rain will help Fed more than Andy.

I wish Andy could get that 1st serve % up ( now dropped below 50% ) , it just makes life so much easier. Tactically I think he's playing pretty well, not always succeeding but trying right thing most of the time.

Roger pretty inconsistent and seems to have been very streaky all week. In some ways I think the match is more in his hands than Andy's. If he can get his game really together again then life would be difficult.

I some ways it would be good to see Roger step it up and Andy then respond but main thing I want is just the WIN.

Don't know about the rain. Roger had started the 2nd set pretty well but at least Andy is at 30-0 so pretty good chance to get to 2 all.

Then he may feel just a big push over a fairly short period and he can get the job done.

Guess it could work either way

I'm thinking they are both doing well to overcome the undoubted gremlins in their heads - hopefully it will go on being a great match but wouldn't like to PAW right now.

Anyway although Andy leads H - H 6 - 5 Roger has beaten him in all 3 finals they have played including 2 Grand Slams ( a fact that Roger has mentioned once or twice ) so would be really good to win a first final against him today !

Federer has also won their last 3 encounters so it is very important psychologically for Andy to win this.
