Now 5-2* apparently.

Edit again - that URL is the one I'm on, twitter must be faster.

Jaziri holds and Ward now with a chance to serve it out and take us into a deciding set, 3-6, 6-3, 3-6, *5-3

Ward does indeed serve it out and we are into a fifth. Only got to hope that the pattern of the first four sets doesn't hold! 3-6, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3, 0-0*

We haven't won a live 5th rubber since 1997 (when Rusedski beat Rybalko so that we beat Ukraine 3-2) and we have lost our last 8 live 5th rubbers since then (USA, ECU, SWE, MAR, AUT, AUT again, POL & LIT), while before that win against UKR, we hadn't won a live 5th rubber for 15 years, when Buster Mottram did it against Spain in 1982. This tie might end up being our best chance to break that losing streak, but I'm still hopeful it won't come to that and Jaziri won't have the legs to take a 5th set.

While it would make a very pretty and symmetrical scoreline, I must say I hope James spoils the pattern!

Edit - in reply to British is Best
