She told the LTA: ""I'm really pleased with that win. I moved to Gosling recently and it's such a good team around me. I've never had so much support in my life and they've helped me tremendously with my growth. I'm so happy to be in the finals, it's a joke.

"My opponent played well I just kept solid throughout and didn't give he much chance to play and I think that was the difference. Physically I feel amazing and I just kept on top of her. This right up there with some of my best results. I've had a good year so far and hopefully it will just keep getting better."

Dissapointing but certainly no shame in that. Nice to head Tara has got herself into a happy, stable situation. Perhaps she will start performing at the level we all expected more regularly now.
